Admission procedure for classes Play Group to Class IX

  • Admissions are open to boys & girls irrespective of class, caste, creed or religion.
  • Admissions for Classes Nursery to Class IX are taken directly with NO written tests or Interviews.
  • Admission to Class IX in a school shall be open only to such a student who has passed class VIII examination from an institution affiliated to CBSE or to any recognized Board or is recognized by the Education Department of the Government of the State/U.T. in which such an institution is located.

NOTE: It is MANDATORY to produce a SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE/TRANSFERCERTIFICATE (IN ORIGINAL) AND A COPY OF THE PREVIOUS CLASS MARKS STATEMENT AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION.

Admission procedure for class X

  • No admission shall be taken in class X directly. Provided further that admission to Class X in a School shall be open Only on the transfer of the parent(s) or shifting of their families from one place to another.
  • Has completed a regular course of study for class IX.
  • Has passed class IX examination from an institution affiliated to CBSE or to any recognized Board or is recognized by the Educational Department of the Government of the State/U.T. in which such an institution is located.
  • A student who has completed a regular course of study for class IX and has passed class IX examination from an institution recognized by/affiliated to any recognized Board in India, other than this Board, can be admitted to school.

NOTE: In case of all such admissions the school would obtain post facto approval of the Board within one month of admission of the student and the following documents are required :

  1. Admission Form
  2. Original Copy of IX/XI marks statement
  3. Copy of IX/XI Registration card
  4. Transfer Certificate (T.C) duly counter signed by concerned R.O.
    (If student is coming for admission from any other Board than C.B.S.E., then, the Transfer Certificate should be duly countersigned by the Educational Authorities of the Board concerned.)
  5. Copy of Transfer Order of the parents (if applicable)
  6. Affidavit of Shifting proof
  7. Affidavit of Residence proof.
  8. Copy of electricity/water bill.

Admission procedure for class XI

Admission to class XI in school shall be open only to such a student who has passed:

  • Secondary School Examination (Class X examination) conducted by this Board, or An equivalent examination conducted by any other recognized Board of Secondary Education/Indian University and recognized by this Board as equivalent to its Secondary School Examination.
  • The candidate shall be required to submit a copy of Class X Marks Statement
  • Admission procedure for class XII

  • No admission shall be taken in class XII directly. Provided further that admission to Class XII in a School shall be open Only on the transfer of the parent(s) or shifting of their families from one place to another.
  • has completed a regular course of study for class XI.
  • • has passed class XI examination from an institution affiliated to CBSE or to any recognized Board or is recognized by the Educational Department of the Government of the State/U.T. in which such an institution is located.
  • • A student who has completed a regular course of study for class XI and has passed class XI examination from an institution recognized by/affiliated to any recognized Board in India, other than this Board, can be admitted to school.

  • A notification through local newspapers and circular is issued well in advance for the convenience of those who wish to seek admission in this institution.
